Sesame Grinding Machine

BS Sesame Mill can grind sesame seeds into fine powder. 

And it can also grind mustards seeds, cumin seeds, flax seeds...etc

That's why it is widely applied in food industry.

Besides,there are two types of roller to crush different raw materials.

The left type is used for grinding big raw material,like walnut, peanut.

The right type rolloer is used for grinding seeds like sesame seeds, mustards seeds which are small.

Work principle of our BS Sesame seeds Grinding Machine

Sesame is fed into the roller area from hopper, they are milled into powder by the squeezed of the rollers. 

Tips: the raw sesame shall be dried or roasted before milling.

We can get different sizes of sesame powder by adjusting the distance of rollers.

The standard BS seeds grinder machine has three rollers, 

If customers need finer powder, 4 groups of rollers is also optional.

There is another way to make finer sesame powder: grind the sesame twice.
