Introduction
Rice Flour Making Machine
our BSP rice flour making machine can grind rice into 60~320 mesh super rice powder.
And the powder is very even and smooth.
It can grind both dry rice and rice with a little humidity.

It can grind other grains like wheat, corn,chickpea...etc
It can also grind herbs,spices,chemicals into fine powder.
For herbs, powder size can be 60~300 mesh;
but for some chemicals, the powder size can reach 2500 mesh.

Q: What will be the payment way?
A: Usually, we accept T/T, and sometimes, we can also accept LC, and credit card.
Q: Is the control by PLC?
A: For most filling and packing machines, the control is by PLC.
For other machines, the standard control we use is button type. If customer requests PLC,we can also add PLC on the control, it is no problem.
Q: How many countries have you exported?

Work Method
Work Method of the grinder part of our rice flour grinder
This machine is also called ACM grinder, there is air classifier inside the mill chamber,
Rice will be crushed and milled firstly by the hammers,
then the round shape air classifier will make sure the powder is fine.
If powder is not fine enough, the powder cannot pass the air classifier.
