It consists 5 parts:
1) Mill part
2) Cyclone
3) Filter box
4) Blower
5) Control box
Working Method of the mill part of our ACM MILL:
Raw material was fed into the mill through a small screw under the feed hopper.
Then, the hammers will cut and mill the raw material into powder.
There is air classifier in mill chamber.
Powder fine enough will be sent to cyclone and be discharged;
Powder not fine enough will be milled again in mill chamber.
This machine can make superfine powder,and 60~2500 mesh is okay.
And its application is very wide.
For example,food, chemical,pharmaceutical, herbs...etc.

A: We provide English electric diagram, and English manual.
99% clients can install the machine by themselves under our guidance.
Q: What is the warranty term?
A: Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship of equipment and parts for one year. Any parts in need of replacement will be shipped free of charge but labor for installation will not be included. Warranty does not cover abuse or user error and quick-wear parts.
Q: What is the material of the machine?
A: Usually we use Stainless steel 304,
Sometimes,we also use SS316 as customer requests.
Q: Can I see the working machine in user's factory?
A: It depends, you shall contact our sales to check.
And most companies don’t allow strangers to visit their factory.Only a few allow,so please contact our sales to check whether it is possible.
