To change powder size,just re-set the parameter of inverter on contobl box.

(2) Less heat in mill chamber because there is no screen net or sieve in grind chamber.
Work method
This is drawing of mill part, BSDF Red Chilli Grinding Machine,
The first crushing area can crush hard materials and big raw material, it is like a primary crusher;
The second grinding area can grind materials containing fiber or oil, such as herbs, spices, roots, etc. .
The third grinding area is the fine powder grinding area, this area can make powder much finer.
If you grind red chilli, you can feed the big chilli directly into the mill chamber;
If you grind turmeric, you can also feed the whole turmeric into the mill chamber directly.

Q: What will be the lead time of the machine?
A: Usually,the lead time is 30 work days.
Q: What certificate do you have?
A: We have CE,ISO certificates.
Q: Is the powder size adjustable?
A: Yes, the powder size can be changed by setting the parameter of inverter.
For example, if you want finer powder, you can try 25 Hz, if not fine enough,then try 30HZ,35Hz...etc
Q: What is the warranty term?
A: Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship of equipment and parts for one year. Any parts in need of replacement will be shipped free of charge but labor for installation will not be included. Warranty does not cover abuse or user error and quick-wear parts.
Q: What is the material of the machine?
A: Usually we use Stainless steel 304,
Sometimes,we also use SS316 as customer requests.
