How to start a herbal product factory by herbal processing equipment?

Herbal products are made from botanicals, or plants, that are used to treat diseases or to maintain health, we also call them botanical products, or phytomedicines.

Herbal supplements may contain entire plants or plant parts, and come in all forms: dried, chopped, powdered, capsule, or liquid, and can be used in various ways.

Our machine can grind herbal into granules for tea bag making, and powder for pills making, health food making, or applying to skin care products...  

Today, we’d like to introduce our herbal granules & powder making machine, which is customized for our European customer.  

It combines two crusher head in one processing line, one is coarse powder crusher head, BSF-32 high efficient Mill (herbal powder hammer mill), which can produce about 2mm small granules for tea bag making, the other is fine powder crusher head, BSP-350 air classifier mill, which can produce about 100~200mesh super fine powder.

BSP-350 ACM grinder(herbal powder machine) is equipped with a industrial chiller, it produces cold air during production to cool the BSP-350’s mill chamber, to improve the final powder quality.

This customized production line adopts PLC control system, which is easy operation.

And it is high safety level, equipped with Siemens explosion-proof motors, explosion vents.
