How to make coarse and fine powder by small type hammer mill?

    This is the picture of BS-250 hammer grinder machine, which is customized for our client in Sri Lanka. Except for making 60 mesh cassia and ginger powder, they also need to make 12 mesh ginger granules for making tea bags. So we recommended another type crushing blades, and install one inverter for the spice grinding mill.

    When the machine is finished, we made a test on it. The frequency of inverter is 50 hz, about 95% cinnamon powder passes through 60 mesh screen, and its capapcity is about 30-50 kg/h. Below are the pictures of dry cinnamon and output cinnamon powder.
