How to make herb powder by herb powder grinding machine?

To make herb powder we will need two machines usually, one is herbal crusher, another one is herb powder mill.

The herbal crusher is used for crushing herbs into small pieces or granules before grinding into powder.

Type 1: BSC series coarse crusher(herbal crusher)

Our BSC herbal crushing machine can crush dry herb into 1-5mm particles.

There are 5 models. BSC-200, BSC-300, BSC-400, BSC-600 and BSC-1000.

Capacity: 30-3000kg/h.

The size of the discharged material can be adjusted, which can be obtained by changing the screen with different apertures.

Type 2: BSP air classifier mill (herb powder mill)

Our BSP herb powder pulverizer can grind herb into 80-500mesh fine powder.

Capacity: 10-2000kg/h.

The different output sizes can obtained by adjusting the grading speed.
