This type of mixer is suitable for mixing of target materials in powder or paste state evenly.
Working Method
The machine is driven by mechanical transmission to make the S-type stirring paddle rotate, push the material to reciprocate, and mix evenly. The electric control is used during operation. The mixing time can be set, the machine will stop automatically, and the motor will be dumped, thus improving the mixing quality of each batch of materials, achieve a high uniformity of mixing.
Advantages
1. The discharge motor can be used to tilt the stirring tank, which is convenient for discharging.
2. There are unidirectional thrust ball bearings and radial thrust ball bearings at both ends of the stirring shaft to prevent radial turbulence caused by negative stress.
3. Improved the seal at both ends of the stirring shaft, which can be completely sealed and does not pollute the material.
4. When using slow running, it is easy to discharge, and will not cause the phenomenon of excessive tilt of hopper.
5. Add the raw material to the drum in one time, dry for a period of time, add adhesive or spray, or add the raw material and adhesive to the working container in one time, mix into the ideal soft material.
