Introduction
BSMG roller cleaning machine, also known as roller brush cleaning machine, adopts high-pressure water spray and rotating nylon brush for conveying and cleaning. Description
1.Large capacity with high peeling ratio potato washing and peeling machine has two functions of peeling and washing. It is mainly composed of motor, speed changer and 9 rollers. It adopts brushing principle and can brush the root vegetables in a short time with low breaking rate.
2.It is suitable for root vegetables and fruits, such as potato, sweet potato, radish, carrot, cassava, apple, kiwi fruit, stem, ginger, taro, root-stock materials, etc. The machine applies to vegetable processing plant, fruit processing factory and restaurant, etc.
3. This machine can continuously peel and wash. It can save water than before and without pollution. This machine has features of perfect appearance, easy operation, high efficiency, low breaking rate and high peeling ratio. It is made of food grade stainless steel with long service life and durable structure.
Material is poured into the cleaning machine and then under the action of high-pressure water flow and brush rolling, it is fully dispersed, rolled, rubbed and cleaned, and the silt and dander eluted from the surface of the material is directly flushed out with the water flow.
