Introduction
Structural Features
Main Structure: Featuring an overall vertical layout, it occupies a relatively small area, making it suitable for production sites with limited space. The equipment can be manufactured with stainless steel, carbon steel, or other high-quality metal materials.
Vertical Ribbon Agitation System: As the core component of the mixer, it consists of multiple sets of ribbons. Driven by a motor, the ribbons perform rotational motion. The shape, spacing, and arrangement of the ribbons are elaborately designed to ensure full and uniform mixing of materials during the agitation process.
Feeding and Discharging Devices: The feeding port is generally located at the top of the equipment, facilitating materials to enter the mixing chamber from top to bottom. Feeding methods include manual feeding, screw conveyor, vacuum feeder, or other conveying equipment. The discharging port is located at the bottom, usually equipped with a pneumatic valve, and can also be configured with a suitable discharge valve according to actual needs.

Working Principle
After materials enter the mixer through the top feeding port, the motor drives the ribbons to rotate at high speed. During rotation, the ribbons exert radial stirring force on the materials, causing them to continuously tumble and mix in the horizontal direction. Meanwhile, the special shape and rotation angle of the ribbons generate a certain axial thrust, prompting the materials to move up and down in the vertical direction, thereby forming a three-dimensional mixing effect. After a period of agitation, different types or states of materials are fully blended in the mixing chamber to achieve uniform mixing, and then discharged through the bottom discharge port.

Convenient Maintenance: Each component has a relatively independent structure, making disassembly and maintenance easy. Meanwhile, the open structural design simplifies internal cleaning, which is beneficial to the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Flying Knife System: The flying knife speed is adjustable from 1500 to 6000 rpm with frequency conversion. It features diverse blade types, including blade type, claw type, and lotus type, etc.
Low Heat Generation During Mixing: Especially suitable for heat-sensitive materials.
Optional Configurations: Heating/cooling jackets; vacuum feeding systems; liquid spraying systems; vacuum drying/sterilization systems; online CIP cleaning systems; explosion-proof requirements meeting various standards; and different materials (e.g., SUS304, SUS316L, 2205, etc.).
Unique Cleaning Door Design: Facilitates internal inspection and cleaning of the equipment. The cleaning door, designed to fit the cylinder, ensures no mixing dead corners.

Application Fields
1. Chemical Industry:
Used for mixing various chemical raw materials, such as mixing powdery or granular additives, pigments, fillers, etc., with basic chemical raw materials to ensure the stability and uniformity of product quality.
2. Building Materials Industry:
In the production of dry-mix mortar, putty powder, etc., the vertical ribbon mixer can quickly and uniformly mix cement, sand, additives and other raw materials, meeting the strict requirements of construction on material performance.
3. Food Industry:
Suitable for mixing some granular or powdery food raw materials, such as the preparation of seasonings and the mixing of grain-based foods, ensuring the consistency of food taste and quality.
4. Pharmaceutical Industry:
For mixing pharmaceutical granules, excipients, etc., the mixer, with its uniform mixing effect, helps ensure the stability of drug quality and efficacy.
