(they also bought two screw feeders from us, the big screw feeder is for feed raw crystal sugar, the small screw feeder is for feeding corn starch into the powder, corn starch is a good anti-caking agent in food.)
BSP powdered sugar making machine can make white crystal sugar into 100-500 mesh fine powder directly, and the capacity of it is about 700-900 kg/h.
It consists of five parts: crusher part, cyclone, dust collector,blower, and electrical control box. Followed is the picture of the crusher part which is specially for making fine powered sugar for you to refer.
Working Method of the mill part of our ACM mill(icing sugar mill machine):
Raw material was fed into the mill through a small screw under the feed hopper.
Then, the hammers will cut and mill the raw material into fine powder.
There is an air classifier in mill chamber, powder fine enough will be sent to cyclone and be discharged.
Powder not fine enough will be milled again in mill chamber.
A little superfine powder like dust will be kept in the filter box.
Our BSP icing sugar making machine is also suitable for other dry materials,such as spices, grains, herbs,salt, chemical and pharmaceutical products.

The flow is wash-dry-crush-grind-fill&pack
Step 1. BSQP bubble washer- mushroom clean machine
Washing fresh mushroom by a bubble washing machine
Step 2. BSO drying oven- mushroom drying machine
After washing the fresh mushroom with water, drain the water for a while, then using Drying oven to dry the mushroom.
To improve the drying efficient and shorten the drying time,
you can sun dry the fresh mushroom for sometime before go into drying oven.
Step 3. BSC mushroom crusher-to crush the dried mushroom into granules
Thirdly, use BSC coarse crusher as a primary mill to crush dried mushroom into small granules or coarse powder.
Then we can move to next step to make fine powder.
Step 4. BSP Air Classifier Mill-mushroom powder grinding machine
At last, use our BSP mushroom powder grinding machine to make super fine mushroom powder.
The reason why we use BSC coarse crusher to cut mushroom into small granules in advance is that the input size of BSP air classifier mill is less than 15mm.
If too big, it may get stuck at the feeding screw of BSP air classifier mill, and the grinding effect will also be affected.
If you want to make super fine powder, the smaller the input size of raw material is,
the better the grinding effect will be, including the fineness mesh and the capacity.

If you want better quality, this mill can pass the liquid nitrogen.

This crusher has no screen.

This type of industrial drying machine applies a low-noise and high temperature-proof axial flow blower and an automatic temperature control system which is fully sealed, making that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3-7% of traditionaloven to 35-45% of the present one.
