How to make turmeric powder?
Since there are many people are interested in turmeric powder grinding machines around the world,
especially from India,Malaysia,Thailand,Indonesia and other countries...etc
Recently,we bought some turmeric for making tests on our different grinder machines.
So, we can tell our customers,
which turmeric powder grinder/turmeric pulverizer machine/turmeric powder making machine is the suitable one.
1) Test on the BS hammer mill,it is small type turmeric powder pulverizer, this is the test video:
For grinding dry turmeric, it can reach about 60-80 mesh, the output turmeric powder fineness could be changed by replacing sieve mesh.

2) Test on the BSP air classifier mill(this is superfine type turmeric powder mill),
this is the test video:
With the air classifier inside mill chamber, it can make very fine and even turmeric powder, at finest ~300 mesh.
And no needs sieve, just change the speed of inverter to adjust fineness.

3) Test on the BSDF advanced hammer mill (this is big capacity type turmeric powder grinding machine),
this is the test video:
It can directly grind the whole turmeric into ~80 mesh turmeric powder,
It combines coarse crushing, middle fine milling with superfine milling areas together.

Conclusion:
1) If your capacity of turmeric grinder machine is small, or your budget is limited, our common hammer mill is a good choice.
2) If you need superfine turmeric powder mill, we will recommend you our BSP air classifier mill.

How to make chickpea flour？
Recently, we got some inquiries about chickpea flour grinder machine.
Chickpea flour is also called pea flour,or gram flour.
Although chickpea is not very popular in China, to choose a suitable machine to make gram flour, we bought some chickpea, then we did a test with our different mills.

To grind chickpea, the powder size is around 60 mesh, the grinding speed is okay, but powder size is not very fine, not very even.

To grind chickpea flour, powder can be superfine,like 100 mesh, 200 mesh,300 mesh is okay. But the grinding speed is not as good as BSDF advanced hammer mill.
