But do you know which moringa leaf grinding machine is the most suitable for you? Today we will introduce our moringa leaf powder mills to you.
The first one is our BS high speed hammer mill, it can make 20-100 kg/h dry moringa leaf powder, and the powder size can be 10-120 mesh. There is a screen in the mill chamber, just change it to change the final powder size as you want.
It’s a small single machine, it is easy to clean,simple in structure and few occupied space.

If you need continuous production and no dust during production, the final powder size you want is not very fine(like 40-80 mesh), you can choose our BSG series grinding set. It adds cyclone, dust collecting box and blower on the base of BS hammer mill.
If you need very fine and even moringa leaf powder, you can choose our BSP ultra-fine pulverizer set(also called Air classifier mill). This machine can make it into 60-300 mesh and the capacity can be 50-500 kg/h. There is no screen in the mill chamber. If you want to change the final powder size, just change the speed of inverter.

To make rice into rice flour,how to choose the suitable rice flour grinding machine?
Type 1: BSP Air Classifier Mill (ultra-fine rice grinding machine)
Our BSP ACM Grinder can grind rice into 60-300mesh fine flour.
The different output sizes can be obtained by adjusting the grading speed.
Capacity: 10-2000kg/h. There are 8 models and different model has different capacity.

Type 2: BSG series universal grinder unit (12~80 mesh rice flour grinder machine)
Our BSG rice pulverizer machine can grind rice into 20-80mesh flour.
Capacity: 100-2000kg/h. There are 6 models and different model has different capacity.
The different fineness of finished products is obtained by replacing different size of screen.

Type 3: BSU series universal crusher (small capacity rice flour mill)
If your capacity requirement is not large, 5-600kg/h, we recommend BSU series rice flour grinder machine (Only the grinding host).
There are 6 models and different model has different capacity.

There are 3 types of rice flour mills above, in addition to rice, they can also grind spices, grain, sugar, tapioca, chickpea, herb, leaves and more.
Summary:
If you want continuous production, want large capacity, and the fineness requirement is 60-300mesh, BSP air classifier mill is recommended.
If your fineness requirement is not high, for example, 60mesh or 80mesh, BSG or BSU series universal crusher is suitable.
The crushing effect of BSU and BSG is the same.
BSG rice grinding machine is equipped with a separation separator and a pulse dust box on the basis of the pulverizing host, so it can work continuously.
The BSU rice mill is only a grinding host, so it works intermittently. The machine works for about 5 hours and needs to rest for about 30 minutes. But its price is much cheaper than BSG.
Powdered sugar, also called confectioners' sugar, or icing sugar, is a finely ground sugar produced by milling granulated sugar into a powdered state.
Powdered or icing sugar can have varying textures and degrees of fineness.
We have many customers that use our grinder machines to make different fineness sugar powder.
For small business and sugar powder fineness about 40~120mesh, can use our BSU-20 sugar powder grinding machine. It is the smallest model of our sugar powder mill, capacity is about 120~150kg/hr.
Actually, this sugar powder ground by this sugar mill machine can reach 140mesh, but the percentage is very small.
If the powder fineness of sugar powder grind by universal crusher is acceptable, but need bigger capacity. We have bigger models for this single mill, and the BSG grinding set with cyclone and dust collector for customers choice.

Our smallest BSG sugar powder grinding set is BSG-300, capacity for 40~120mesh powdered sugar making is about 250~300kg/hr.
Some of our customers prefer super fine powder like 200~300mesh, or more then 300mesh icing sugar. In this case, our BSP air classifier mill is very suitable. For 200~300mesh, the capacity of smallest model BSP-350 is about 150kg/hr. And we have bigger models of icing sugar mill that can reach 2tons/hr capacity or more than 2 tons.
