how to make fine rice flour by Rice Flour Mill Machine
Rice flour (or called rice powder) is a form of flour made from crushed rice.
Rice flour is a common substitute for wheat flour, which is made from either white rice or brown rice.
Before making the flour, the rice husk or paddy is removed, then grind raw rice into fine flour.
For grinding rice into fine flour, we will recommend you 3 kinds of rice flour grinding machines.
Type 1: BSU universal crusher--small capacity machine for rice flour
If you just need small production for rice flour, BSU rice flour mill machine is recommended.
There are 3 models of BSU for your choices, the capacity range is from 50-300 kg/h.
It can grind rice into 10-80 mesh flour, the output flour fineness is adjusted by changing the mesh size of screen.
Type 2: BSG rice flour machine, this machine is very similar with BSU,the machine above.
The grind part is totally same, but we add cyclone,filter box and fan to make the capacity bigger.
And the most important change is, to make sure the production continuous and dust free.

Type 3: BSP ACM grinder- fine rice powder machine for rice flour
If you need superfine rice flour like 120mesh, 150 mesh, or if you just need the rice flour be more even,
our BSP air classifier mill (ACM pulverizer) is a good choice.
It is equipped with air classifier, which can make sure the rice powder is superfine.
There are 7 models of BSP, its capacity range is from 20~2000 kg/h.
And it doesn’t need screen, can make 40-300 mesh rice flour, the final particle size is adjustable by the inverter.

There are 3 types of rice flour mills above, in addition to rice, they can also grind spices, grain, sugar, tapioca, chickpea, herb, leaves and more.
Summary:
If you want continuous production, want large capacity, and the fineness requirement is 60-300mesh, BSP air classifier mill is recommended.
If your fineness requirement is not high, for example, 60mesh or 80mesh, BSG or BSU series universal crusher is suitable.
The crushing effect of BSU and BSG is the same.
BSG rice grinding machine is equipped with a separation separator and a pulse dust box on the basis of the pulverizing host, so it can work continuously.
The BSU rice mill is only a grinding host, so it works intermittently. The machine works for about 5 hours and needs to rest for about 30 minutes. But its price is much cheaper than BSG.
