This is our BS spice hammer mill, it is suitable for grinding different kinds of spices, no matter it is low-oil or high-oil spice. Its capacity range is from 100 to 1000 kg/h, if you want the no dust and continuous production, or you need to expand your current production, this type grinder machine is a good choice.
BS spice hammer mill unit includes:
1) mill part
2) cyclone (discharge system)

Mill part:
Work principle: Material is sent to mill chamber to be crushed, by force of blower, powder will go to cyclone and be discharged, the ultra-fine powder will be seperated to dust collecting box.
The production process is dust-free and continuous.
There is screen in the crusher part of machine, if the powder is smaller than the screen mesh, it will pass through the screen and get out of the mill chamber by centrifuge force. If not, the powder will continue to be crushed in the mill chamber.
The BS spice grinder machine also can work with conveyor, sifter machines as the whole line to save the labor, like the picture below.

They have used this machine for making fine icing sugar powder(powdered sugar) more than 3 years, it still works perfectly.

BSP powdered sugar making machine can make white crystal sugar into 100-500 mesh fine powder directly, and the capacity of it is about 700-900 kg/h.
It consists of five parts: crusher part, cyclone, dust collector,blower, and electrical control box. Followed is the picture of the crusher part which is specially for making fine powered sugar for you to refer.
Working Method of the mill part of our ACM mill(icing sugar mill machine):
Raw material was fed into the mill through a small screw under the feed hopper.
Then, the hammers will cut and mill the raw material into fine powder.
There is an air classifier in mill chamber, powder fine enough will be sent to cyclone and be discharged.
Powder not fine enough will be milled again in mill chamber.
A little superfine powder like dust will be kept in the filter box.

This pulverizer can continuously dissipate heat and is suitable for grinding heat-sensitive materials. It has strong adaptability and narrow particle size distribution. After grinding, the particle size of the powder is uniform and the fineness can reach 80-320 mesh. The dust bag collects fine powder for efficient recycling and reduces material loss.

BSV series V Shape Mixer is very suitable for dry powder or particles mixing.
The inside of our standard V mixer is empty.
If you want the better mixing effect, the intensifier bar can be added.
If the fluidity of the material is not good and the material is a little sticky, it is recommended to add the intensifier bar.

Type 2: BSR series ribbon mixer
BSR series Ribbon blendercan not only mix dry powder or particles with good fluidity, but also wet powder or sticky powder with poor fluidity and mixing of powder and liquid.

Type 3: BSTD series 3d mixer
BSTD series 3d Mixer is very suitable for dry powder or particles mixing.
We do 5L-1000L 3d mixer.
It is very popular in pharmaceutical factories.
Summary:
If you want to mix powders or granules with good fluidity, the above 3 mixers are all suitable.
If you want to mix a little sticky powder materials, BSV V mixer and BSR ribbon mixer both are OK.
If the powder needs to be added with liquid, BSR ribbon mixer is more suitable.
If you have a pharmaceutical companies, V blender and 3D mixer is more recommended.
