Coconut powder making machines are on the way to Sri Lanka
At the end of April, 2020 year,one 40ft container had been sent to Sri Lanka.
It includes our BSP-500 coconut powder grinding machine
BSC-400 coarse crusher and BS-42AF cold air machine,
which are used for them to make oil-pressed dried coconut meat cake into fine powder.

Since we have many customers in Sri Lanka, their engineer’s friend knew us and introduced us to him.
Then he contacted me, told me their requirements for the pressed coconut powder grinding machines and sent us samples for testing.
The coconut meat our customer sent us has been oil-pressed firstly, and it is a little big.
When we received the samples,we firstly used our coarse crusher to make the coconut meat cake into small granules,
like this picture shows.
Then we fed it into our BSP coconut powder making machine to mill it into fine powder.
After testing,we did a particle size distribution test for him,
all the powder passed through 40 mesh and it met their requirements perfectly.
and the powder feels like milk powder and flour.

You can see, the coconut powder is just like coconut milk powder.
Since the weather is very hot in Sri Lanka,we also recommended a cold air machine for them during grinding process,
prevented the temperature from being too high during the process and damaged the quality of the powder.
During the whole process of this project, through the active cooperation of our professional technical team and customers,
this pleasant cooperation was achieved.

Moringa leaf powder is a kind of healthy drink. It is popular in a lot of countries.
Moringa leaf powder can be made into tea bag or drink powder.
What is the processing machines? What is the process flow ?
The process flow is clean →dry →grind →powder packing
1) Clean
Firstly, we shall clean the moringa leaf. We will need a moringa leaf washing machine.
Bubble washing machine is a good choice to clean moringa leaf, it can remove the dust and dirt from the fresh moringa leaf.
2) Dry
We will need a moringa leaf dryer machine
To dry the moringa leaf, we can use hot air dryer, this machine is easy to use and install.
This machine can use electricity or steam as heat source.
3) Grind
There are two kinds of moringa leaf powder grinder machines.
To grind the moringa leaf into powder, depending on the powder size, both BS-hammer mill and BSP ACM grinder are okay.
If you need 20~80 mesh powder, BS-hammer mill will be suitable;
If you need 60~500 mesh superfine moringa leaf powder, then BSP ACM will be the choice.
Both of them are made of stainless steel 304,food grade.
4) Packing
To make moringa leaf powder product, you shall pack the powder in sachet or small bags.

1) There is no screen/sieve in the mill chamber, you can change the speed of inverter to change the final powder size as you want.
2) No need to worry powder get stuck in the screens or product quality get affected by the heat from the mill, since there is no screen in the mill chamber and no heat rising during process. So it is very suitable for grinding heat-sensitive material or material contains fiber or oil.
3) It can makes fine powder directly from big raw material. No need to crush big material into small granules first.
