Mill part:
Work principle: Material is sent to mill chamber to be crushed, by force of blower, powder will go to cyclone and be discharged, the ultra-fine powder will be seperated to dust collecting box.
The production process is dust-free and continuous.
There is screen in the crusher part of machine, if the powder is smaller than the screen mesh, it will pass through the screen and get out of the mill chamber by centrifuge force. If not, the powder will continue to be crushed in the mill chamber.
The BS spice grinder machine also can work with conveyor, sifter machines as the whole line to save the labor, like the picture below.

how to make fine rice flour by Rice Flour Mill Machine
Rice flour (or called rice powder) is a form of flour made from crushed rice.
Rice flour is a common substitute for wheat flour, which is made from either white rice or brown rice.
Before making the flour, the rice husk or paddy is removed, then grind raw rice into fine flour.
