Introduction of 4 types of Leaf Grinding Machines

Type 1: BSP Air Classifier Mill（superfine powder leaf pulverizer machine）

BSP Air Classifier Mill, its another name is Air Classifier Mill or ACM grinderor Micro Pulverizer or Ultra Fine Pulverizer.

This mill cam grind dried leaves into 60-500mesh ultra fine powder.

Our BSP ACM Mill has no screen, the different output sizes can be obtained by adjusting the grading speed.

Capacity: 10-5000kg/h.

Type 2: BSF hammer mill (medium fine leaves grinding machine)

BSF hammer mill, its another name is Fitz Mill.

The Fitz Mill can grind dry leaves into 10-100mesh powder.

Our Fitz mill can not only make fine leaf powder, but also make leaf particles of 1-2mm, which are used to make tea bags.

This type of Leaf Grinder Machine has the screen, the different fineness of finished products can be got by replacing different sizes of screens.

Capacity from 10-1000kg/h.

Type 3: BS series high speed small hammer mill (small leaf powder machine)

If your capacity requirement is small, 3-300kg/h, BS series Hammer Mill is recommended.

This mill is ideal for lab use.

Our BS Hammer Mill can grind dry leaf to 10-100mesh.

If an inverter is added, it can make leaf powder as well as 1-2 leaf particles for tea bags.

The different output sizes can be obtained by replacing different sizes of screens.

Type 4: BSC series coarse crusher. (flake or piece use leaf grinding machine)

Our BSC Coarse Crusher can grind dry leaves into 1-5mm particles.

This crusher machine is perfect for making tea bags.

Our BSC series Coarse Crusher can also crush various spices, chilli, ginger, turmeric, onions, cloves, rhizomes, flowers, herbs, roots, wood, bark,cocoa cake, grains, cassava, yams...etc.

Capacity: 30-5000kg/h.

The size of the discharged material can be adjusted, which can be obtained by changing the screen with different apertures.
