How to make rice flour by rice flour mill machine?

Rice flour is made from finely milled rice, which is a common substitution of wheat flour to make cakes and biscuits.

In daily life, people usually use rice flour to make rice noodles and some pancakes.

It is also used as a thickening agent in recipes that are refrigerated or frozen because it can inhibit liquid separation.

Ourrice flour grinder machines is very suitable for making rice, from different capacity and different fineness mesh, today I’d like to introduce 2 typical rice flour mill machines.

Raw material: rice

1. BSP-350 air classifier mill

  Capacity and Fineness mesh:

A. 60~80mesh rice flour making, capacity is about 100-120kg/hr

B. 100~200mesh rice flour making, capacity is about 50~80kg/hr

BSPsuperfine rice flour mill can make 100~300mesh super fine rice four, and there’s no screen in mill chamber, changing powder size by changing the speed of frequency inverter.

Most customers buy thisrice mill machine to produce super fine powder, some also use it to make 80mesh rice flour. Because the 80 mesh rice flour made by BSP ACM grinderis different from the 80mesh rice flour made by BSG grinding set, which is very smooth, and the one made by BSG grinding set is rough in hand.

2. BSG-300 rice flour grinding machine unit

  Fineness mesh: 40~100mesh rice flour.

  Capacity: 150~180kg/hr

Thisrice flour mill machinehas screen in mill chamber, when testing, we use 100mesh screen, 75% rice flour can pass 80mesh.

Rice flour made by BSG grinder set feels rough in hands, to improve it. We recommend to sock the rice in water in advance, and drain the rice then feed them to milling machine. In this way, rice will be much smooth.
