How do you make licorice tea by licorice powder machine?

    licorice powder is one of the most popular ingredients, which is an essential part of Indian Ayurveda and Chinese medicine, and is rich in calcium, glycyrrhizin acid, antioxidants, antibiotics and protein.

    Some of our customers need licorice granules for tea bag making, some need 100~150 mesh super fine licorice powder.

    Today, I’d like to show you how to make licorice root granules for my Bulgarian customer.

    How to make licorice root granules by licorice grinding machine?

    Raw material: licorice root

    Request for fineness mesh: about 2mm granules for tea bag making

    Request for capacity:100kg/hr

    Machines Needed in this test: BSC-300 coarse crusher

    Sieve size: 3mm

    Coarse crusher is applied as supporting equipment before fine crushing process in lines of pharmaceutical, chemical and food stuff etc. It has a good effect for most material, not limited by viscosity, hardness, softness and fiber shape of material.

    Also, it is suitable for making granules or be used as a primary mill.

    BSC-300 coarse crusher for about 2mm licorice root granules making, capacity is about 50 to 60kg/hr.

    For 100kg/hr capacity, need to use bigger model, BSC-600 coarse crusher.
