Introduction
BSDF advanced 3 stage hammer mill is a good Chilli Grinding Machine Chilli Powder Making Machine Spice Powder Making Machine Spice Grinder Machine.
Why?
the mill chamber is a little special,
it has 3 grind areas, they are coarse crusher area, medium fine area and fine grinding areas.
So,the material will be ground three times at the same time.
The application of this machine is wide, like food,chemical...etc, especially good in spices, herbs,and grains.
It can grind most spices like chilli,turmeric,ginger,coriander seeds, leaves,roots...etc, and powder size can reach 20~120 mesh;
For grains (such as rice, cassava, chickpeas, beans, wheat....etc.) flour can reach 20~150 mesh.
For herbs, with a lot of fiber, this machine's capacity is much higher and grinding effect is better than the traditional hammer mill.
(traditional hammer mill only has one group of knives and there is sieve in mill chamber)
Work method

The first crushing zone can crush hard materials and big raw material, it is like a primary crusher;
The second grinding zone can grind materials containing fiber or oil, such as herbs, spices, roots, etc. .
The third grinding area is the fine powder grinding area, this area can make powder much finer.
Advantages:
(1) There is no sieve or screen net in the grinding chamber.
To change powder size,just set the parameter of inverter on contobl box.

(2) Less heat in mill chamber because there is no screen net in grind chamber.
(3) For big raw material like the whole turmeric,like some big herbs,roots, can feed into the mill chamber directly.

FAQ
Q: To get a detailed quote or to choose a suitable model, what buyer shall provide?
A: 1) raw material name?
2) capacity the buyer needs to produce? kg/hr
3) target powder size the buyer needs? like 20 mesh, 30mesh, 40mesh,60 mesh.....etc
Q: What is the warranty term?
A: Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship of equipment and parts for one year.
Any parts in need of replacement will be shipped free of charge but labor for installation will not be included. Warranty does not cover abuse or user error and quick-wear parts.
Q: Does the machine have GMP certificate?
A: Our machine can meet the requirements of GMP, but our machine is not food or pharmaceutical products, so our machine cannot have GMP certificate.
But our machine can be applied in food and pharmaceutical’s production
Q: How many countries have you exported?
