Main Application
This is our BS hammer mill unit, which is also called spice and herb powder hammer mill.
This machine has a very good effect for different kinds of spices,like Chili, pepper, black pepper, white pepper, green pepper, cinnamon, cumin, bandits, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, red yeast rice, red pepper, garlic, star anise, cloves, Amomum Tsaoko, geraniol, turmeric, ginger, fennel, anise, angelica and other material with high content of oil or fiber.
For root,herb and leaf, the grinding effect is also good.
For flour, like rice,cassava,corn...its grinding effect is nice.

Crusher Part:
Unique design,crusher part won't get hot even though working for hours.
It can grind spice and oil material with oil content reach 10%~20%.

Cutter Inside Mill Chamber:
Work method:It uses ficed plate and relative motion between the hammer knife,material in the chamber is crushed,shredded under effectof centrifugal for centrifugal force.

Q: Is the powder size adjustable?
A: Yes, the powder size can be changed by changing different size sieves.
Q: To get a detailed quote or to choose a suitable model, what buyer shall provide?
A: 1) raw material name?
2) capacity the buyer needs to produce? kg/hr
3) target powder size the buyer needs? like 20 mesh, 30mesh, 40mesh,60 mesh.....etc
Q: What is the delivery time for the machine?
A: Usually 30 work days.
Q: What is the warranty term？
A: Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship of equipment and parts for one year. Any parts in need of replacement will be shipped free of charge but labor for installation will not be included. Warranty does not cover abuse or user error and quick-wear parts.
